History output refers to the output of data as a function of time for a point or region of the model at a specified frequency. The history output in ParaGeo comprises:

 

•History_point: any variable data can be tracked for points that form part of the model domain. They can be either material points or spatial points.

•History_surface: similar to a history point but for a whole surface within the model domain in 3D problems.

•History_sect_line: output along a path which may not be lineal (e.g. a well path)

•History_global: output of the evolution of kinetic and  elastic energies as well as convergence data integrated for the whole domain.
